Now, after 15 years in the construction industry, he leverages these strengths to deliver exceptional construction services. cONSTRUCTION
For new home construction, we manage the construction project from start to finish, often working directly for the client or owner. We oversee the planning, design, and construction phases, securing that all activities align with the project’s goals, budget, and schedule. We monitor project costs and ensure that the project stays within the client’s budget. We also manage procurement and subcontractor contracts on behalf of the client, and manage these trades onsite for project deliverables.
mULTI-uNIT
cONSTRUCTION
Managing a multi-unit home involves overseeing the entire construction process of a building designed to house multiple separate units, such as a duplex, triplex, fourplex or more. Although similar to our management roles in new home construction, it is crucial in ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required building code standards which can differ from single new home construction projects. We manage procurement and subcontractor contracts on behalf of the client, and manage these trades onsite for project deliverables.
